This can be very inconvenient and damaging to your skin. In fact your skin can get disfigured this way because previous skin spots are not to be re-used for at least a week. And most times the spot can become swollen and lead to a rash.

2) You'll experience a bit of burning or itching everytime you place the patch on a new spot. This will make you inconvenient but it soon stops after a few hours. But of what use is a quitting method when it inflict pain on you.

3) It can lead to death because if you should smoke while wearing a patch or not too long after you've removed one, you have a very big chance of suffering from nicotine overdose. And this overdose can lead to death.

Good News:

There is a better strategy to help you if you really want to quit smoking. This strategy works in a certain way that other methods don't. It will help you change the way you think about what you do and why you do it.
