You might consider this rather unbelievable, but it works and it works like magic. All you have to do is change your smoking locations by simply going on a vacation. I know of someone who after smoking over 20 sticks of cigarettes every day for 22 years, finally gave up the addiction when she went on a vacation.

Why this method works: When you go on holiday, you will be out of your normal routine. This means that your environment changes. Every thing around you that easily brings up the urge to smoke won't be there anymore. You'll still definitely get the cravings to light up another cigar. But it would be less than when you were still going about your normal routine.
